Summer Program

ISDE offers five courses within the Summer Program that will be held in Barcelona during July.

The courses have been designed so that law students and also law practitioners from all over the world can enjoy them. Enrolling in the program is a great opportunity to participate in a global learning experience.

OVERVIEW

Thanks to the collaboration that we have with one of our master’s degrees, together with FC Barcelona, our Summer Program serves the purpose of a global vision of all the different areas of the sports industry in only one week.

The program mixes lesson by very recommended professionals of the industry and visits around the most important institutions and Clubs around Barcelona.

This course is also designed so the candidate receives support in vocational orientation in order to lead them to the specialized area of business that they could be more interested.

The academic program covers general aspects as:

• Organization of sports.
• Marketing, sponsorship and communication in sports.
• Intermediation.
• Organization of sports competitions and events.
• Big data &Analytics.

.. that are common and applicable to any field of study and useful for any professional career.

The specific content in the Business field, has been specifically chosen, to serve the practical usability of that knowledge in todays globalized and evolving sports world.

The course has been designed so that law students and also law practitioners from all over the world can enrol. The Program will be a great opportunity to participate in a global learning experience.

All of the courses will be taught in English. The faculty is composed of leading authorities from the academia and profession world.

All the courses will be taught during the morning so that students can also take advantage of their stay in Barcelona to be able to discover and enjoy the city. The course will also be taught on different days and at different times so that the students can enroll, should they wish to, on all of the courses.

GOALS

• Networking with the professionals of the sports industry who will be your teachers during this week.
• To review all the different areas of the sports world within one week whilst enjoying the visits to FC Barcelona.
• To have a real and practical introduction to various areas of sports world in the different institutions of the Sports most important in and around Barcelona.
• To be a part, as student, but also as future alumni, of a University which offers a High quality and professional formation with a solid base of human values, ethics and integrity.
